In-Between explores my personal journey through the inner tensions of a fragmented identity shaped by cultural and geographical dislocation. This work emerged from walks and moments of childlike curiosity and exploration along Tehran’s Valiasr Street—where my childhood memories, often hazy and uncertain, weave together with the realities of my present life.
The project dwells in a space suspended between reality and imagination, memory and forgetting, visibility and invisibility—capturing the delicate balance of living within the “in-between”.
